Still a high school student, Kacper founded Kepper Recovery in 2022 and has since successfully recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for our clients from government sources. Kacper oversees and manages the property tax appeal division of the company, assisting taxpayers in Cook County to reduce their property tax bills every year.
